WHAT IS SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING?

Small Group Personal Training sits perfectly between 1:1 personal training and a TRADITIONAL class.

All of our Small Group sessions take place on our intimate mezzanine floor, creating a focused and supportive training environment.
You’ll train in a small group of no more than six people, following a structured session personalised by one of our knowledgeable in-house coaches.
You’ll get far more individual attention than in a standard class, without the commitment or cost of full 1:1 personal training.

How is it different from a class?

In a large class, coaching has to be shared across the whole room. In Small Group PT, numbers are capped so the coach can:

  • Watch your movement closely

  • Adjust technique and loads to suit you

  • Give real time feedback and cues

  • Help you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing

Sessions often run with a workshop style focus, breaking down specific lifts or movement patterns, so you’re not just exercising — you’re improving.

How is it different from 1:1 Personal Training?

You still get high-quality coaching and support, but you train alongside others. That means:

  • A more affordable option than 1:1 PT

  • A motivating group environment

  • Shared energy and accountability

  • Still plenty of individual attention

You’re not lost in a crowd, but you’re also not training alone.
