women’s wellness evenings

These evenings were all about connection, self care, and celebrating our bodies. We explored how food, movement, and restorative practices can support each phase of the cycle, with gentle exercise, hormone friendly snacks, laughter, and calming hypnosis to finish. This two part workshop was the perfect chance to learn, relax, and feel truly supported.
