Rachel is our private, in house personal trainer at Overtake Studios and the founder of Tideywood Fitness. As a mother of two, she understands the challenges of balancing family life with personal health and fitness, and she’s passionate about helping clients of all levels achieve their goals in a way that fits their lifestyle.
Rachel’s approach to training is personalised, supportive, and motivating. Each session is completely private, with just you and Rachel in the studio, no one else in the building, ensuring a focused, safe, and non-intimidating environment where clients can focus on their progress and feel confident.
Rachel believes fitness should be enjoyable, empowering, and accessible for everyone. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve endurance, or boost overall wellbeing, Rachel tailors every session to your needs and abilities, providing guidance, encouragement, and accountability along the way.
