Join our Sunday Service class for a high energy, fun workout designed to challenge your strength, cardio, and functional fitness. Move through stations with set reps and goals, tracked on score cards whether you come solo or bring a friend, family member, or partner.
Expect a mix of cardiovascular, strength, and functional exercises, with guidance every step of the way. There’s no pressure on your performance, and the team element is just for fun, so don’t let it put you off! If you choose to go for it, it’s a fantastic way to advance your training, push your limits, and finish your weekend strong.
