Founder of Coached by Emily, I work with women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in the gym.
Training has been a passion of mine from a young age, but it was after lockdown that my perspective on movement truly shifted. I began to value exercise not just for physical results, but for how it builds confidence, supports mindset, and enhances everyday life. That change is what led me to focus on helping others feel capable, supported, and empowered through training.
My coaching style is positive, encouraging, and completely tailored to you. I aim to create a relaxed, judgement free environment where you can show up as you are, feel supported, and still be challenged in a motivating way.
I support women with a wide range of goals — from building muscle and improving fitness to fat loss and increased confidence. Every session is planned around your needs, ability level, and lifestyle, so progress feels realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable.
Since starting my career in personal training, my goal has remained the same: to help women feel strong, confident, and proud of what their bodies can do, while enjoying the process along the way.
