Founder of Rere Resilience, I work with clients who want to get stronger, improve their health markers and manage stress. I offer a holistic approach to coaching that helps people build strength, resilience, and balance in everyday life.
Everyone is different, so every plan is tailored individually, but a few principles apply to all my clients:
You need a plan: Structure is key. My coaching helps you build strength, resilience, and control progressively, safely hitting your goals.
Training should make sense: I combine strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and movement using simple, proven methods that evolve as you progress — no repetitive exercises just to feel the burn.
Training should be sustainable: Consistency delivers results. Work hard, but safely, protecting joints, improving mobility, and building resilience to future injuries.
Results come from effort: I guide, teach, and push you — but the work is yours to do.
Alongside physical coaching, I use breath techniques to enhance movement, focus, recovery, and stress management. As a certified Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor, I bring evidence-based breathing practices to support both body and mind.
