A focused strength session designed for those looking to build strength, improve technique, and progress safely over time in a non intimidating environment. This class emphasises proper form, progressive overload, and intensity to help you reach your strength goals efficiently.

A little training experience is recommended (ie. you’ve done a handful of our circuit classes), as exercises are tailored to challenge your current level and encourage continual improvement. Whether you want to lift heavier, move better, or refine your technique, this class provides structured guidance and support in a focused environment.
