Small Group Personal Training is a hybrid between 1:1 coaching and a larger group class, designed to deliver highly focused, technique led training in a supportive small group setting. Sessions are structured and purposeful, with a strong emphasis on movement quality, confidence, and progression.
Training takes place on our intimate mezzanine floor with a maximum of six people, allowing coaches to provide individual feedback, hands-on coaching, and tailored adjustments throughout the session. Workouts often take on a workshop style format, focusing on specific lifts or movement patterns so you can refine technique, improve understanding, and train with intent.
