CIRCUIT, Sweat & Coffee


Brunch Club follows the same set-up as our Conditioning Circuits: a dynamic, full body circuit made up of 16–17 stations, each performed twice before moving on. The workout delivers a complete balance of strength, endurance, and conditioning, and is fully adaptable for all fitness levels.

Just like in Conditioning Circuits, the focus is on strength led training with variations available to suit your ability whether you’re building confidence or looking to push your limits.

What makes Brunch Club special is the chance to stick around afterwards for coffee and a chat. It’s not only a great way to train, but also a chance to connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
